Purpose of this site
This site is informational and commercial. It is not a shop: no products are sold and no payments are processed here. The sample request form starts a commercial conversation — it is not a firm order or a purchase agreement.
Information about our coffees
The cup profiles, scores and volumes described are indicative and refer to specific harvests. Availability, price and the final characteristics of each lot are confirmed in writing in the commercial offer.
Intellectual property
The PromoCafé brand, its logo, icons, photographs and the texts on this site belong to PromoCafé or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-party links
The site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their policies.
Liability
We work to keep the information current and accurate, but we do not guarantee that the site will be available without interruption or free of errors.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Colombian law.
